Are you going to be at the Austin show on November 1st? I know that you have family here in Texas and was just wondering... I'm from San Antonio and I have about twenty-five of us or more that will be attending. We will probably spend the whole day in Austin. On a side note, I saw some pictures of some of the European shows and noticed that Charlie Q. is playing on a different drum-set. Any reason why? I liked his other one with the flames on it. Glad to hear that the tour overseas is going great!
I'm going to take a wild stab and guess that they didnt want to fly his drums over.....they probably just rented alot of the gear they needed overseas....guitars are one thing, but drums, amps, etc are another. I would assume it would cost alot of $$$ to ship all of their gear over.

I doubt I will be going to the Austin show, I'm in the process of opening a business and still am not sure when construction will be done, so I'm tied to that if it comes close. Flying out for one show is a lot of money and wasted time for me as a business owner. I'm seriously considering heading to Philly, Chicago or NYC, depending on my shcedule since they will be staying put for 4+ days in each city. We'll just have to see.
Lost has it right regarding the equipment, most of the stuff is reneted, but Jonny had his gear shipped,as well as all the guitars and basses ....

We were bumping into Jonny alot at shows while they were on break from tour this summer, and I think they talked about his amps every time they saw each other.

My friend Julian ran into Johnny and Sean just before they left for europe, Johnny told him that his friend personally makes his satelite amps, and that there not available anywere else.
